“This is the best Chick-fil-A. it's the typical salty Chick-fil-A food that should be enjoyed in moderation, of course, but this particular location has really great service. The lobby is pretty large, and the play place really gives you an option for a fun place to take your little ones. They have this place well-staffed on all shifts, and there are usually workers floating around the lobby making sure the customers have everything they need. This kind of service is getting rare at many fast food establishments. There is never a huge wait here, and if they forget something, there is usually someone nearby you can flag down to fix it quickly. So many other fast food chains are really suffering and the experience has
tanked in quality because there just aren't enough adequately trained people on any given shift to take your order, make and serve your food *and* keep the place clean and the drink, condiments, and supplies stocked and operational. This place is always busy, and it's because people can rely on good service.

Kid-friendliness: They have family nights with games, activities, and promos where they partner with other businesses and organizations. The cow comes out to pose for pictures with the kids too. The play place is always helpful for younger kids to make friends and have some fun.“

Joe, Bryan, and Drew were spot-on with friendly service and quick delivery that made the meal even better. Nothing special, if anything, it's a buit of a pain getting in and out of the parking lot because Chick-fil-A across the way is always packed and always blocking traffic in and out the parking lot. It's nice this location has mobile ordering and is usually ready in 10 mins or so so you can spend as little time there before traffic gets crazy.“

What made the experience even better was the incredible service. Yes it is "fast food" but I have to tell as a few of my previous Arby's reviews in Myrtle beach & Lancaster outlets Arby's were honest and pointed out obvious shortcomings. This Arby's was on the top of their game. Very clean rest room (good indication kitchen is clean). Counter guy was great. got our order right. and the manager was simply charming and on top of her game. Roast Beef on an Onion Roll, Small poppers order, small coke, wife had a roast beef meal, and it was good. and I ordered a brisket sandwich to go. We enjoyed our meal.. and we will return 17 miles from home. Love arby's, Yes cost more then most fast food places, but I guess the menu selection limits kids desire to drag their parents here which we enjoy. An observation, As we drove into the parking lot, drive-thru was almost wrapped round the building, no one inside at around 6:15PM. Why don't these lazy people get pout of their car go in to get their orders?They may find it may be faster then wiating in a 5-8 car line..“

“This is the 2nd time that we've recently ordered from this location, and I must say that I am very impressed. We ordered our food from within the app while sitting in the parking lot a little after the dinner rush. Right after finalizing the order (the app is pretty average in terms of user friendliness), we headed right to the drive-thru which wasn't busy at all. We gave our name to the speaker, and was immediately told to pull ahead and that they just received our order. We thought it would take a little while, so we figured they would have us pull into a parking spot while waiting, but lo and behold they had our order ready to go in less than 5 minutes.
On top of the speed and courteousness from the staff, the food was still nice and hot when we got home and was perfectly the way we ordered it. Would definitely recommend this Taco Bell to anyone looking for great food at a fast place.“

“I just wanted to take a moment to share the amazing service I received at the McDonald’s located at 700 N. DuPont Highway, New Castle, DE 19720. I went through the drive-thru today (7/20/2025) at 12:48 PM, and I was genuinely impressed.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the entire crew seemed organized and motivated—they looked like they truly enjoyed working there. Huge props to both the crew and management for maintaining such a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment.

My order was handled with great attention to detail, and I felt truly cared for. As I was about to leave, a member of management even offered me the chance to try their new creamy chili sauce—a small gesture, but it really showed the extra effort they put into customer satisfaction.

However the highlight of this place is its accuracy in getting my order right and service. I've ordered from well over 20 times in the last couple years. I can remember only one mistake with a baked potato, but that's it and we are a family of four!
