“Weekends from end of April until about Labor Day, they sell some of the best BBQ chicken you can find anywhere as a fundraiser. I believe the hours are 8 am until they are sold out - usually 1 or 2 pm. The fire department itself, like nearly all fire departments in Delaware, is a volunteer organization. Our fine people serve the community, protecting the town and outlying areas of Greenwood Delaware.”

The salmon and crab cakes were great and the desserts are top notch. My fiancé says it’s the best carrot cake he’s ever eaten. Amazing service and cozy environment. “Went for brunch, sat in the heated, enclosed outdoor area and had a delicious breakfast quesadilla with a side of sausage gravy. Got a spicy bloody Mary that was tasty. Then moved to the bar and had Jordan as our bartender, he was friendly and made yummy drinks. I highly recommend the berry lemon fizz.They also sell bottles of what they distill, just ask what's available! Highly recommend checking them out.”

While there we saw someone that we agree was Gorgeous; well, that was his term, but she was beautiful and out of place working there. She was the/a Hostess 6/19/25 sometime between 3:30p-4:30p. I wanted to talk to her, but the opportunity wasn't there. I can't forget to mention our Waitress though, she was a pleasure and made the experience an excellent one.
