“There were four of us for early dinner on Saturday evening and it was superb! I can’t find one thing to complain about, from the wonderful waitress to the clean restroom! The food was delicious….we had crab soup which was so hot and tasty with lots of crab…. Steamed shrimp that were large and cooked perfectly…..Rockfish platter with fries was gone in minutes…,and crab cakes that were oversized and more lump meat than anything else! My husband had the swamp water…. Which he really looks forward to getting there. The parking lot was full and they were busy but the service was quick and reasonable !!! We can’t wait to eat there again!!!“

“After a week on the road and eating at several 4.5 star restaurants that fell short, this place was a welcomed relief! The quality and taste of food was head and shoulders above what we expected, and the service and atmosphere were likewise as pleasant.

The Salmon Bowl was flavorful without being overwhelming, and I enjoyed the Southwest Chicken salad and was completely satisfied.

My son ordered the Pizza and I was a bit jealous.

My daughter loves the food and appreciated how clean the whole restaurant was.

“Now that I've spent a year in Dover, I now understand why this institution keeps bringing in good business.
The bartenders are some of the nicest people I've had the good fortune of meeting.
Their food selections are wonderful - their football Sunday specials were everything I wanted in a Sunday Sunday.
I havnt been there when its been insanely busy, but the servers, bartenders and kitchen work well together to ensure everything comes to you in a timely manner.

This Thai place came up and I looked at the menu and food options and it reminded me of a Thai restaurant I used to love in TX. I ordered off the yellow curry off lunch menu & it did not disappoint. It was very tasty! With the lunch menu you get a chicken soup as an appetizer. Unfortunately I did not enjoy the chicken soup. I also ordered the spring rolls as an appetizer and that wasn't my taste either, but it wasn't horrible. I wouldn't get it again though. My entrée was the yellow curry w/ shrimp and no complaints at all about my entrée. I would go back there and try another food option for sure. The staff was very polite and the food came out in a very timely manner. I would absolutely recommend this place to others.“

“Used to go to Hall's regularly until they lost it. Recently tried Mike and Mels and were pleasantly surprised. Split pea soup is the real deal, chunks of ham and delicious flavor. So is the chicken noodle soup. Chunks of chicken, a hearty broth and great flavor. Liver and onions is done just right and tender. Have tried several burgers and they do a nice job on them. Good breakfast, but I am not a fan of their home fries. Reasonable prices and good service.“

I had a fantastic cheesesteak with onions, peppers, and provolone cheese, and it was absolutely delicious. The steak was tender and flavorful, and the melted provolone with the grilled onions and peppers was the perfect combination. ​It's clear that the quality is top-notch, and the recent "Bigger, Better" initiative, which adds 25% more meat to their cheesesteaks, shows they are committed to providing great value. I had an outstanding experience at IHOP, and a big reason for that was my server, Leo. From the moment I was seated, he was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. He made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer, which immediately set the tone for a great meal.

I ordered a chocolate milk and the BBQ Pulled Pork Omelette, and everything was fantastic. Leo made sure my drink arrived quickly and kept an eye on my table throughout the meal without ever being intrusive. The chocolate milk was cold, fresh, and exactly what I was hoping for.

The BBQ Pulled Pork Omelette was absolutely delicious. It was packed with flavorful pulled pork, cooked perfectly, and had a great balance of smoky barbecue flavor throughout. The omelette was hot, fresh, and presented nicely when it arrived. Leo checked in at the perfect times to make sure everything was cooked correctly and that I was enjoying my meal.

What stood out most was Leo’s professionalism and positive attitude. He was knowledgeable about the menu, attentive to details, and always had a smile on his face. It’s clear that he takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Great food combined with exceptional service made this one of the best IHOP visits I’ve had.

“I had dinner friday for my birthday. The food here is amazing. My opinion best restaurant in dover. My waiter Kenny was great very nice and attentive to our table. This my 2nd time eating here both times were great. Everything on menu was really good. This is a place you have to try. Moved here a year ago from New York this is the only restaurant here i really enjoyed. I will be coming back to eat here again and recommending it to family and friends.“
