“Our family love this restaurant. Owner is also one of the chef and so he care a great deal about the food he serves. This is a family owned business and has been around forever. They must be doing something right. Everyone one who works there are super friendly and warm. If you don't know what you want just tell them and they will for sure try to find a dish that satisfy your craving. “This chinese takeout is the best one in Dover! I recommend if you are looking for a chinese-american takeout. They are always very friendly, almost like family to their customers. One time they made a mistake on my order. I ordered Tso chicken but got chicken stir fry instead, which was absolutely delicious! They never disappoint!“

No issues, however, only been twice, both right before closing, so not comfortable enough to give 5stars or more thorough review. “First time going to a Panda Express. I have to admit, I was very impressed. The food was delicious and the portions were huge. You get a lot for your money. There is a good variety of meats, ranging from chickens and shrimp. You can choose from rice or noodles. Highly recommend getting the “Bigger Plate” since it’s just a couple dollars more and you get a lot more food. The restaurant was clean and organized and the service was great. The woman, Krystal, who served us was very friendly. She allowed us to sample some food beforehand and she even came to our table while we were eating to see how everything was.
