Dunkin' Donuts in Middletown

“Went through the drive-thru today and the girl at the window working this afternoon was just so nice and pleasant that I wanted to leave a review. It isn’t very common you see people pleasant and nice in the drive-thru these days! I didn’t catch her name, but just wanted to give a 5 stars for service! Being kind goes a long way! My iced coffee & has browns were just as I like it too.“

“I like this Dunkin Donuts and frequent it at least a few times a week. Nice atmosphere, very clean. My orders are usually always right and the staff are very helpful and nice. I recommend this Dunkin Donuts and will be visiting again. My cold brew with a shot of espresso and a Carmel iced latte were made perfect. and 2 maple bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches were great. Also ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on an English muffin, it was really good. Nice and hot and service was fast. Will definitely be stopping there again.“

“I come here often these days and everytime I order an iced coffee your cashier makes it how I like it every single time without even telling them. I don’t know his name and it’s not on the receipt but he has dyed blond curly like hair, he’s amazing and gave me great customer service I’ll always come here!!“

“I rarely give reviews but I feel the need. I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for almost a year now before my Night Shift and the past few months the 2 girls who (usually) help me are so friendly and sweet. They’re always offering a smile and one ALWAYS welcomes me and tells me to have a nice day. I know it’s a small gesture but it really does help me get through my shift seeing those beautiful girls.“

“Second time visiting and they were open this morning on Thanksgiving. When they learned I was taking coffee to my dad in the hospital, they didn't charge me for his coffee and threw in some munchkins for him. Not necessary but sincerely appreciated and I will not forget the kindness.“
