Why is fulfilling an order in the drive thru so difficult? Shame on me for not taking an extra minute to check the entire bag, but I ordered the chicken nugget meal (comes fries and a soda) and a jr cheeseburger deluxe. I was served chicken nuggets, jr cheeseburger deluxe and a bacon double cheeseburger. Not sure where he bacon cheeseburger came from, but where are the fries? I have ordered multiple times. They always get my order wrong. my daughter is allergic to tomatoes so we can't do ketchup. I ordered 3 plain cheese burgers and when it was made wrong I took them inside. The manager proceeded to argue with me multiple times. apparently it'd my Job to ask multiple times if they heard me say plain. also I'm pretty sure cheese fries aren't the cheese & bacon potatoe I ordered 😡

The general manager and the staff found a wallet and held on to it for customers, with the gm even calling to tell them she had found it.
