“What an outstanding find! Having recently relocated to the area we are searching out our new favorite haunts. Have already returned twice, both times lucky to find seats at the busy bar. DiFebo's Caesar salad and chicken parm are among the very best I've had ANYWHERE, not just DE. They serve only house made pasta and bread to boot and one of the few spots in the area I've found that even offer espresso drinks so the cappuccinos being perfection was a joyful bonus. Top marks too for staff who were friendly helpful and attentive despite the full house to keep happy. Went back later the same day and ordered two pizzas and a Cubano...amazing! The wood-fired oven imparts a flavor and texture which makes the pizza crust the best crust I've had in DE since moving here in 2022. The house-roasted pork makes the Cubano pannini unforgettable! We also have had chicken Alfredo and the beef lasagna with salad and garlic bread. All have been very good.
