Kid-friendliness: When I went there was a little boy freezing cold with food but didn't buy it there and they told him to come in the dining area and warm up and eat his food. Not sure why the parents let him out at that time in that age and that weather?So yes they're kid friendly“

“I just wanted to take a moment to share the amazing service I received at the McDonald’s located at 700 N. DuPont Highway, New Castle, DE 19720. I went through the drive-thru today (7/20/2025) at 12:48 PM, and I was genuinely impressed.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the entire crew seemed organized and motivated—they looked like they truly enjoyed working there. Huge props to both the crew and management for maintaining such a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment.

My order was handled with great attention to detail, and I felt truly cared for. As I was about to leave, a member of management even offered me the chance to try their new creamy chili sauce—a small gesture, but it really showed the extra effort they put into customer satisfaction.

As we pulled in a worker was cleaning up the parking lot. The bathrooms looked and smelt great. A very clean taco bell, some table tops were freshly dirty and not wiped off.
