“We’re frequent customers at the Montvale, New Jersey, store, but this was our first visit to the Christiana (Delaware) First Watch. Spectacular food and spectacular hospitality from our server, Vanessa! I always get the ‘Traditional’ breakfast and a blueberry pancake. So yummy! My wife loved her ‘Farmhouse Skillet Scramble’! “I've been going to the other First Watch for years but so glad this one opened up!! The food is incredible and the servers have been pleasant each time I've gone so far. They have limited time food and drinks, pictured is the Blazing Dragon which is very yummy!!“

“I still love and appreciate Sinclair's, but I've been disappointed more times than satisfied in the last couple of years... in addition to small portions and disproportionate prices, the food quality and service have been inconsistent in my most recent several visits.“

“just had lunch and ordered a few things. our food came out swiftly and everything was cooked to perfection. the restaurant was quiet, but peaceful. Kevin was our server and made us feel extremely welcome. he was super attentive, efficient, and just overall very kind. highly recommend requesting his service when dining at IHOP on Capitol Trail.“

“1/1/25- The server Sarah and the grill cook Angela were amazing and so welcoming! They acted like real people, and not the standard run of the mill servers. Both women were working their you-know-whats off.
4/2/25- The server Pam was incredible and hard working! Second time here, and still have yet to be disappointed! The people who work here are always extremely welcoming!

“The food here was sooo good!! I got the Eggsuberant, my daughter got the S’moores pancakes, & my fiancé got the Great Eggspectation. We all really enjoyed our food & there’s so many choices in the menu that I will need to come back to try as well!! The coffee was stronger than I care for, I used at least 6 Stevia in the raw packets & it still could’ve used more. This place was a bit noisy & little chilly inside. I’d definitely recommend!!“
