“Go here once a month with a bunch of guys. I stopped ordering wings and only get their burgers now which are great. I love wings and think they have some great wing flavors, but wing sizes for the money are ridiculously small compared to other places I get wings.“
“We had a tough visit this past Thu night to Bdubs. Normally we love going and getting wings. We decided to bring my mom and aunt for their first time visiting. We arrived at 6pm, were seated, "watered", and ordered by 6:10pm. Then, we waited. We were not served our food until 7:10pm. Apparently some folks called out from their kitchen shifts and they restaurant was overwhelmed by take out orders. This led to a lot of confusion in the restaurant. When we got our food, it was pretty close to correct, but a few things off (got some extra wings, not bad) but my aunt didn't get her wings. We had to re-order. We ate our meal, and the manager kindly offered to reduce our bill because of the wait. We finished but never got my aunt's wings.BWW's made things right in a couple ways. Manager apologized, reduced the bill and explained what had happened. However, it took a long time for them to do so. I know the entire restaurant was in the same boat as us and the situation very fluid. I was just hoping for a, hey, its taking long, how about some chips and salsa on us while you wait. Or, how about we get another round of drinks on us. That didn't happen until it was too late.Again, at the end while I was waiting for my aunt's wings, the manager told me he didn't know how long it would take and offered a $25 voucher (good thing).Was hesitant to write the review as I think mgmt handled things pretty well. But, I did want to include, the wing quality that day wasn't great and my mom's burger was cold. We still ended up spending over $100 on the meal for a pretty sub par experience.“
