Blackwall at the Beach Reviews
My partner and I visited for Valentine’s Day and had high hopes for a special evening. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. Although we had a reservation, we waited nearly 30 minutes to be given a drink. Service was slow, and our food arrived lukewarm.

Stopped in to grab a bite. I sat at the bar and had a cocktail and the filet. Both were exceptional! Nice pour for the cocktail but the filet was wonderful! Perfect temp, mashed potatoes and they substituted the spinach for some asparagus. Nice service! Would absolutely go back!

Blackwall at the Beach offers a good dining experience with friendly staff and delicious food. The restaurant features dishes like Mahi Mahi Tacos, praised for their spicy kick, and highly enjoyed crab cakes. The Prime Rib Friday is outstanding, with decent size portions, cooked to liking, and served with mashed potatoes and green beans, creating a perfect combination. French Fries are hot and crispy, often finished by diners, and the crab dip is also noted as very good. The fried calamari is considered one of the best in Rehoboth, and the flatbread with shrimp is really good. The burgers are excellent, though some guests experienced issues like overcooked burgers. Service is generally attentive, with servers like Laura receiving positive comments for being very friendly and not too pushy. The atmosphere is nice and suitable for special occasions such as Mother's Day brunch and groups. It offers a welcoming environment, although some concerns were raised about the floor being very slippery, affecting an individual’s experience and safety. Despite some noise, the staff's efforts to cater to dietary needs contribute to a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
