This was my first visit ever to a Grotto’s Pizza location. It was packed but the wait wasn’t too long. The wait was maybe 20 mins. No big deal. The employees working were very friendly considering the fact they were very understaffed. I want to give a shoutout to the woman who served us our food, which is Jenna. The Hawaiian pizza was amazing! Ordered it too then we decided to stay for a drink! The bartender was very friendly!
Food is good, but it is wildly uncomfortable in there. A/C doesn’t work. Easily doing $20k a day but can’t afford A/C….?
