Moe's Southwest Grill offers excellent, fresh food with fire guacamole, making it the best Mexican restaurant. Despite a disappointing experience with a burrito bowl lacking seasoning, the remodeled look is great. However, during a recent visit, the restaurant was understaffed, leading to long wait times and missing ingredients. The friendly staff didn't meet expectations, but the food quality remains top-notch.
