Anytime we order we never have an issue of something being cold or forgotten, we get all our items too and . today I felt bad because I put in the notes to have the driver call me so they could get a cash tip but by the time my fiancé got to the door they had sat our food down and were already gone. ?
I don't like the fact that they don't answer their own phone it goes to someone in another country! The man said he can't answer phones make the pizza and attend the register. I understand but the person who answers the phone is hard to understand and the prices she quotes are much higher than the store. He always has to change the price! Doordash driver here. Most other markets partner with doordash rasie the base pay per order. I'm not sure how much you all lose when we cancel an order but having to wait for an order with a higher value would make us less likely to cancel an order. I typically wait but it doesn't benefit me in any way but I don't want to hurt you all by canceling. You all are very nice but that doesn't pay the bills.
