“1st time visiting Carmen's and I have zero regrets/. The food was delicious. The food here has Caribbean Flavors old school Grandmom style. I ordered the Mofongo with shrimp, my husband ordered yellow rice with pigeon peas, he did not wait till we got home plate was gone in the car. The girls are sweet. Carmen is hands on which I love. Her food is fresh. We shall return“
