“Happy to stumble upon this place with my daughter today Pastelitos (empanadas) were really really good, just a bit pricey but what isn’t these days! will be back to try the rest of the food. Service was good and the restaurant itself was very clean and beautifully decorated. Can’t wait to go back to try some other things on the menu!“

“Today my company had an event, which needed about over 50+ pastelillos. I know it could only be done on a weekday, and so grateful how accommodating and helpful the staff were.

They went over what was possible, what my needs were for the event, and how they could best help.

Successfully got a dozen of their shredded chicken, bean and cheese, and beef trays.

These need to be ordered ahead of time through email, so we’ll be doing that. Wanted to thank the team one more time.“

“After leaving Forin cafe hungry and grumpy from my food experience there, who knew that this little vegan Puerto Rican gem a few blocks away could switch my entire mood! Incredibly informative and friendly service behind the counter from the young entrepreneurial owner himself, and equally fresh, delicious and tasty food that hit all the notes he described. Can't wait to try his new BarBQ place that's also in the same area!“

“Everything we got was delicious. Onion soup, salad with nuts & feta was excellent. the steak was tender & there were enough roast potatoes for 6. Unfortunately, they were out of most items on the menu, including the daily specials. Professional staff, good drinks from the bar. Nice short wine-by-the-glass list covers the basics.“

“La Esquina del Bronco is an absolute gem in the neighborhood to get some amazingly authentic Puerto Rican 🇵🇷 food! Everything is in the hot case so you get served quickly. It’s all so fresh and delicious. As others have mentioned I agree that the portion sizes are very large! If you’re not sure what to get you can ask the owner and they’ll recommend you something. It’s located right by the York Dauphin L station, just a block away. Prices are reasonable. You can eat in or get takeout. I recommend everyone to try!“

“I remember porky's point when the original owners had it. My uncle George was one of them. The food at that time was very very good and today the food continues to be excelent.“

“Love this place for Spanish food. I think they are better than Freddy and Tony's. I always get the large order of white rice, chicken stew, beans, and a salad . Decent price for 2 adults and 1 child to eat. Sometimes, I also add fried chicken. ? Their chicken rice soup is also delicious! It tastes good but does not have a lot of salt.“
