Starbucks in Wilmington

“The gentleman working around 1:15pm, Wednesday 8/28/24 was the SWEETEST soul i’ve ever met. Gave the best customer service and the drink was PHENOMENAL. presentation was spectacular as well. best customer service i’ve seen at a starbucks!“

“I was in there two days ago around 1230pm. I did a mobile pick up order. I arrived about 5 minutes or so after placing the order. I ended up waiting almost a half an hour for my one drink. I don't know why there were only 2 employees there to handle everything thing from mobile orders, walk-in orders, food orders, and presumably delivery orders. Terrible that Starbucks does that to their employees. I will say the two employees that were there, a young man and young woman were amazing and busting their butts doing the best they could to keep up. They were very pleasant and my drink tasted great when I finally got it.“

“When I go intown, once in a while I will treat myself to a Statbucks lota( they have many different faviors), the Staff are friendly and helpful if your not sure of what you want ?. They strive to keep the shop clean with a up beat atmosphere, I haven't really eaten there like that, but do like there banana and punkin bread.“

“I truly hate to see this store get such low marks. The staff are friendly and helpful, the store is clean ( do NOT believe these dirty comments- been going for 5 years and NEVER seen that and as a health care provider I do notice when there is an issue). There is no drive through - neither has their competitor around the corner with the over the top decor. This is a friendly place with animated conversation, as well as people working on laptops, and without the ‘pinky up nose in the air’ atmosphere so prevalent in many cafes/ coffee shops in that area. I choose this over many other Starbucks in the area based on helpfulness of the staff.“

“Jacob was chill and even talked to my mom in spanish, he made me this
frappe which he told me what was in it but i was so fried i didn’t even remember half of it but point is it was really good and my mom liked it too so, really cool guy

“I don’t understand why Starbucks is in an ACME. If I wanted Starbucks, I’d go to Starbucks. Technically, it’s not Starbucks. It’s just a Starbucks kiosk. And the people getting their caffeine concoctions just block the way, forcing me to zigzag through the floral section or just go around the other end of the store. The question is, are they buying their coffee to enjoy while shopping? There are cup holders in the carts after all. They must be for holding something. Or are they getting it for the road? Either way, just move out of my way. And lastly, Starbucks coffee is a rip off. It’s more than a gallon of gas.“

“Listen… Kevin, the barista here, is a breath of fresh air. He’s amazing, always so kind and so welcoming. I didn’t know what I wanted today. I told him what I liked and he made me something based off my tastes.He slayed it. I wish I knew what this is I’m drinking but it’s amazing. Great service, friendly faces. Do yourself a favor and go to this Starbucks instead of the one by aldi if you live close. It’s worth the trip in. He made my day :)“

“Was in Starbuck's in The Target store conveniently located near the end of store. The woman who waits on her customers is a congenial, happy person welcoming you and is creating a nice environment. Had to wait in their seating area for a bit and was not asked to leave even though my friend and I were nursing our beverages and pretzels. Look forward to going again.“
