“I work nights at a restaurant in the town center and always grab dinner from this location. I’ve been served by multiple other employees but Daniel is the best by far. He’s efficient at taking orders and is super genuine. I’ve also tried to throw him a tip for his service but he doesn’t accept it so do me a favor and promote that man if he isn’t already in the highest position. I appreciate it!“
“My family and I enjoyed our meals very much from this Arby’s. We haven’t been to one in a while and have been turned off from the other fast food places recently so we wanted to give it a try. The man working was helpful and friendly and the food was great. Would return and recommend. The parking lot nearby looked pretty sketchy, so maybe not best neighborhood. “I just wanted to take the time to leave a positive review because of the exceptional customer service I received here today. I came thru the drive thru yesterday and ordered a double beef n cheddar sandwich, but realized after i got back to work and went to eat it that they forgot the cheese sauce. Unfortunately either i misplaced the receipt or it wasnt in the bag, so i took a couple pictures and went back in there today. Marley, as well as the rest of the staff, was extremely helpful and polite, not only did he replace my sandwich, he gave me fries and a drink and a coupon to use next time i come in to cover the inconvenience of having to come back. I will definitely be returning to this location specifically thanks to Marley and the rest of the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Thanks again Marley! :)“

As we ALL know, professional customer care experiences are at an ALL TIME LOW especially since living through the COVID pandemic.I went through Drive-Thru for lunch. The announcer was professional, welcoming, and used a very warm and pleasant tone of voice to greet me. As I placed my order he confirmed my order and politely announced my total and asked me to pull forward to pay for my order. He then greeted me with a warm smile, confirmed my total again and encouraged me to have a great day.I explained that I would return because I needed to get lunch for my coworker. Minutes later after I returned, I was greeted AGAIN with another professional, polite, and welcoming tone of voice. She also confirmed my order and asked me to pull forward. Once again I was greeted with a smile from the previous employee that serviced me the first time.I was so elated to receive such AWESOME service, I asked to speak with the manager. I always go through the drive-thru so I cannot comment on the inside- however when I have walked in previously it was very tidy. The employees are super nice & very professional. 10 out of 10 recommend. Let's not forget their great deals either! Oh and the coupons!Parking: Plenty of parking, handicap parking is available also.Kid-friendliness: The employees are very professional & kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp with a railing to get into the store easily. “This was my first time at this Arby's. The food was very decent and pretty much what I would expect from Arby's no issues. The service was mildly ho-hum though as nobody was exactly moving very quickly. For only three of us in the restaurant everyone was kind of well just moving along kind of slow lol. The floors were quite sticky particularly around the beverage area. I'll give it another visitor too before I finally rest a final opinion... but the food was good“

“Worst online/App order experience. Signed up with the App but it kept glitching. No 25% off first order no matter what I tried. Order was ready very fast and waiting for me when I arrived. But the nearly $2.75 order of fries was so small a portion. I got 3 total whole curly fries and a bunch of crumbs in a fry box the size of a lighter. Chicken tender sliders were anything but tender. Completely inedible. Fried for so long it was like trying to chew a deep fried shoe. Fries also. Over cooked and hard as cardboard. Best thing about the order was the sauces. I got a week supply of arby sauce & horsey sauce for 3 sliders and a xxx small order of fries. The pic is minus 3 ketchup and 6 Arby's sauce packets. I thought if I used enough sauce it might soften up the chicken, but I was wrong.“
