“So wild ride - buckle up - I ordered from DoorDash for breakfast from Dunkin; usually get it from this Dunkin and it has always been 100% right - today this Dasher freaking TOOK my order - lied to me saying it was taking a while bc there was an issue in the restaurant - meanwhile she dashes off with my breakfast...enter Dasher #2 who got the order and was like 'welp I am here and they said the food was already taken' - so here I was thinking well dang now I gotta order from somewhere else or something - and Dasher #2 - the Hero - said 'let me talk with them real quick' and was able to get this Dunkin to remake the order and the Hero brought it to me straight away.

I know Dunkin could have said 'sucks to suck' and not done anything about it bc they already fulfilled the order - but the team this morning said 'not on my watch' and remade it perfect! So, many thanks to the Hero for making the heartfelt request to ensure I was caffeinated - but extra many thanks to this Dunkin and the team this morning for hearing that request and making it happen! Thanks Dunkin <3 the coffee is delicious!!“

“We stopped by for some late night sweet treats. We went through the drive through and didn't know all the flavors. Mashari was working and was SO kind. She read out all the flavors and was very patient with us while we tried to figure out what we wanted. The ice cream was good as always. Mashari was genuinely so kind. Made our trip so worth it.“
