Josiah (the cook) said, come on in I can fix you something quick!Laurie (the server) was wonderfully pleasant - even though I walked in at almost closing time.Food was hot, delicious, and quick. I wasn't hurried out - it was one of the BEST IHOP experiences I have ever had and in my 68 years of life, I have had several hundred!Thank you Josiah and Laurie!“
“It’s been a couple of months, but glad my husband was in the mood for delicious French Toast. Everything was excellent and the new menu and great service. I don’t know if they changed management at this location or improved the staff, but our waitress was on point. The food was delicious ? and we were not disappointed. They offer biscuits now and different options.“

“This review is specific to the IHOP at 9010 Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville, FL. My wife and I eat at this IHOP regularly. The food has always been excellent. All of our servers have been friendly, attentive, and accommodating. This, to me, is a direct result of good hiring techniques, training, and ongoing process improvement. All of which are a result of good management. So, thank you to whoever is managing this IHOP.My only gripe is about the restaurant's condition. This IHOP is in desperate need of an update. The booths are well past their worn-out date, and the tables are no better. The floors are sticky, and the decor is old. This affects the atmosphere, not the food.I'd like to express my deep gratitude to Jaydin. He was our server on 17 April, 2024. Not only was he very friendly and great at his job, he is genuinely a good person. When we paid, I accidentally left my credit card on the counter. Jaydin noticed this right before we were about to leave in our car and promptly ran the card out to me. This is the epitome of excellent customer service. We are more than satisfied and will definitely continue coming here for our monthly treat.“
