Panda Express in Jacksonville

“I just wanna give a shout out to the staff working today, Tuesday, July 8 two Asian ladies and a young black man and I only call out their background because unfortunately I didn’t get their names and I wish I did. They were awesome service friendly great food I think the manager dude a white guy came out at the end. I was happy to wait for hot and fresh and it was an overall fantastic experience. It made me remember just how good panda express food really is thank you great staff.“

“Always fresh and flavorful, my husband and I love this location. Last night, MJ was helping us at checkout. He was so patient and understanding when I wanted to make sure my order was packed correctly. He made me feel as if he completely understood, as if he's possibly been in my place before. The order was thankfully packed correctly and he made sure to add sauce packets to our bag without us even having to ask. It's like he just knew. I can't fully express how grateful I am for individuals like him. Love the food and love the service here!“

“Pulled up to get a Take out order, I showed up at 8:01 and they locked the door and the lady just looked at and shrugged her shoulders and laughed…. Very disappointed. No one answered the phone and just treated me like crap:/ take your money else where!!!

UPDATE in 2026**
I have given Panda Express another chance, after being receiving gift card. I went into the store around lunchtime & was greeted with smiles from a friendly staff. I picked out some very freshly made food & enjoyed the whole experience. The food was good (not healthy but acceptable) & no long waits. I am glad to see this local turnaround into a better experience for everyone. Thank you.“

“Very decent chow here that doesn't see to sit long. Also frequent dunkin doughnuts a good bit. Wish hours were a bit longer. Also, with things geared to lunch/breakfast, eating at end of hours can make for slim pickings. Good chow though.“

“I planned a Panda Express–themed party for my husband since he absolutely loves your food! When I arrived at the location, Manager Justine Criollo was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional.

She guided me through the catering options and offered creative ideas to make the event even more special. Justine was very open and honest about the food and expectations, and she asked all the right questions to ensure everything turned out perfectly.

When I say she went above and beyond, I truly mean it. When we picked up the food, she surprised us with stickers to decorate our cups and even small souvenirs like keychains. Her attention to detail made such a difference for us.

“Food was on point. Service was lacking. Locatation clean. This was our first time ever at a panda express and food was great. Seemed like they were more focused on door dash orders than in person. Had to wait on fresh beef and broc then the employee tried to give it all to a door dash order even though we were there in person waiting to be fed.“

“We had a horrible experience at the town center location and almost couldn’t eat dinner that night . We decided last minute to go to this Panda. They did not have much honey sesame chicken for 2 plates . Without me even asking, they made FRESH chicken for me at 9:50pm! This was on 1/30/26. I will continue to come to this Panda Express from now on ❤️❤️“

“This is an average Panda Express. It is in a newly constructed food court, which only had two vendors as of FEB 2024.

Several of the one star reviews seemed unfair to me so I was compelled to write my own.

Staff were very friendly and there is plenty of seating with several having places to charge your devices.“

“There’s a young lady that everytime I go in there which is a lot, I don’t care if cooking, cashiering, or taking trash out she’s killing it. Sherry I believe her name is and might be a manager but wow she’s on top of it. Just thought it should be mentioned.“

“Hey, I don’t hardly ever write reviews on fast food restaurants but the place was very clean and everybody was really friendly and fresh and Chris was very helpful this evening as far as making sure our food was together and on point because we were getting it to go and he was very patient!“
