“We are visiting the island and were hoping to find some doughnuts. After striking out on pine street we headed for a drive on longboat key and stumbled up this cute little place! The owner was lovely to talk to and the doughnuts were SO GOOD!! If we were staying another day we would definitely be back for more!! Next trip we will come back by and you definitely should too!! 5 stars!!“

“Delicious Donuts, great customer service. The Donut Experiment is a unique must-visit on Anna Maria Island, Florida. It's become a cherished family tradition during our winter stays—we always bring the kids, grandkids, and friends. You custom-build your donuts (choose base, icing, toppings, drizzles) and watch them made fresh on the spot. Nothing beats that freshness! This year, my daughter ordered online with her credit card for speed, but I wanted to use a gift card. Manager Charity kindly offered to take the gift card and credit the card later, but needed more info to complete it. A week later, when I returned with more grandkids, she promptly refunded the charge in cash—no hassle. Outstanding donuts paired with exceptional, friendly customer service. Highly recommend!“
