“Everything about Salsita's is magic. Their customer service is top notch, and just as importantly, their food is fantastic. I usually get the carne asada street tacos with a side of rice and beans, and my partner loves the carnitas quesadilla. Their red salsa is spot on with what I grew up with in Southern California. The elote in a cup is not to be missed and is made with fresh corn. Get it 'spicy' to have it prepared with mayonnaise and Tajin!”

“We've been going to Mary's semi-regularly for breakfast, for about 6 months now. It can't be topped. We finally went in the other day for a lunch..and got the burgers. Not gonna lie, that was the best burger I've had in 8 years of living in Florida! Mine, my wife's, and my son's were all perfection. My other son got the chicken tenders...he said they were fantastic. MUST TRY!!!”

“I reached out to the folks at Minneola Inn to ask about their boat rentals. They had us out on the boat next day for an amazing day on the water! The boat had everything we needed and Todd gave us amazing directions to navigate the lakes and also some good fishing and swimming! We went out for the morning, came back for some amazing lunch and yummy drinks, and then went out for the rest of the day before returning around 5! We can’t wait to come back next year! “I have been coming here since they've opened and love their food. However, I am very disheartened lately how their cook Olden (I believe is his name) treats the other staff. He tends to get overwhelmed by tickets or special requests. When I've experienced this happening he seems as though he gets stressed out. Then he lashes out on the other staff around him, especially the owner's mother who works the register. I've experienced this on multiple occasions and it's frustrating to see. I love this place but it's beginning to make me not want to come here due to how he treats others. I have kept my mouth closed for the experience of other customers in the building. However, your staff don't deserve this type of treatment and I will be standing up for them the next time this happens in front of me. I've kept my mouth shut long enough.”

“I ate here for the first time today. The cheesesteak panini was delicious. If I hadn’t know it was gluten free bread I definitely wouldn’t have guessed. My husband got the Putine and loved it too. I would highly recommend their food even if gf isn’t required for you.”

“We found Eden Abbey after looking into event spaces in our area, which we had a great experience with when we went with their private room, but will definitely be back time and time again for their amazing food and drink menu and family friendly vibes. “Love everything about this place. If I had a dream of a Chowder House this is what it would be. During a recent trip to Boston, for one meal each day I had Chowder...and Tony's is still my favorite Chowder. Some in Boston may disagree but I recommend they take a trip to Tony's and see for themselves. My wife loves the Salmon. Good Hushpuppies are a bonus. Highly recommended when in Mt. Dora.”

“We had a Cob Salad with chicken, served in a large bowl, all of the fixings that go with a cob salad where on the bottom of the lettuce. My husband who ordered the same salad didn't get any bacon. , both salads had very tuff chicken. Very dissapointed for a meal that cost us $72.00 for salads. We did have chicken wings too, they where over cooked. We where with another couple and they said their meals where okay. All os us have been there before and the meals are always okay, but not great. We'll keep trying...”

“We went to the Fiests Grande restaurant today (2-1-25). Somebody told the manager that my husband was stealing a cup that was on another table. My husband saw the cup and was showing me how cool it was (we are seniors and if my husband liked a cup that he saw he would have asked our server if the restaurant sold them, we do not have to steal. Nor were we dressed poorly.) So, the manager came over to us, and demanded to look in my husband's bag. I felt so bad for my husband! The look on his face! He was mortified! She did not find a cup, because my husband did not take anything. She embarrassed my husband and me in front of everyone. I approched the manager and told her she was out of line and she told me she had to protect her customers...well, my husband and I were also her customers, she didn't protect us from public humiliation! She also told me " I am Mexican, I know how it feels. I don't know what she meant by that. We will never visit that restaurant again, and probably won't go to Mt. Dora again either! Needless to say, our beautiful day was ruined.”

“We stopped by for lunch today and I chose one of the several Daily Specials of Lasagna & Garlic knot and OMG 😳 that was honestly the best I’ve ever had with just the right amount of spice. My husband had 10ct wings “Garlic Parmesan” and also Loved them. We shared a Greek salad with yummy dressing. We will most definitely be back! Sam was a great server and we never had to ask for drink refills because she saw we had half or less and filled them up. Great Food, Great Prices & Awesome Server “Sam””

I would love to see fries on the menu and maybe a slight increase to the portion size of the sides. They seemed a little small, even though the price was good for the amount of meat.

Overall it was tasty:) Mac and cheese has a slight onion flavor, but not in a bad way! It went well togther. Just a good thing to know Incase you don't like onions. And the Carolina BBQ sauce was very pleasant. It was tangy and sweet! And the meat was lightly smoked. Which is nice if you can't take too make smokey flavor.

I would suggest getting the food to go due to lack of seating, but the antiques were really cute.
