Worst service ever! Were out of biscuits but wouldn’t substitute anything else or give a refund. Spent $50 on a family meal to have no biscuits and no chicken breasts. Lady was extremely rude from start to finish!!! Called corporate and they did nothing to make it right.
Arrived at 12:50pm and wasn’t open yet. Said open at 10 am on the door. Said opening shift didn’t show up
I ordered my food online for pick up via drive-through. As I know this Popeyes is always very slow. I arrive 20 minutes after my order to be advised that my order is not ready to park up front and they would bring it out. As I’m sitting there, I watch four vehicles go through the drive-through order their food get their food and leave. After about 10 minutes of this, I go inside and asked to speak with a manager.
