“We discovered J&M Fusion Cuisine by chance, and it was a wonderful surprise. The welcome is warm, with the owner, José, very friendly and welcoming, who immediately puts you at ease. You feel right at home.

The cuisine is authentic and refined, with homemade dishes that blend Ecuadorian, Mexican, and Asian flavors. The menu is varied, offering sushi, burgers, grilled dishes, as well as Honduran specialties, which we tried in both chicken and beef versions. To accompany the meal, we enjoyed delicious local drinks flavored with passion fruit and grenadine.

The service is fast and impeccable, with a special mention to Marbelly for her smile and professionalism. José prepares the dishes to order right before our eyes, guaranteeing impeccable freshness and quality.

You can order from iPads right by the entrance or staff can help you order at the counter. They have a wheel to spin if you spend over a certain amount to get some item free, who doesn't love a good wheel spin. There is a cute wall of Polaroids and stickies and games to play and hang out while you eat. The menu seems a bit overwhelming for some reason but there were some pics of the most popular dishes on the wall for a guide. We opted to try a ramen, poke bowl, sesame balls, and boba. Their build your own poke bowl is delish! Boba can be customized many different ways. The sesame balls were good but not the best I've had, maybe a little too over cooked for me. The bobas were tasty and even at 1/2 sweet the lychee butterfly one was still pretty sweet. Staff is super friendly and when they are making the bubble waffles, the places smells amazing!! Definitely worth a try or three!“
