They say they close at 11 PM however it was 10:45 PM and they already had the doors locked. They had people eating inside still. Very unprofessional! It’s made food already it wouldn’t take 5 mins to make me a burrito bowl!
STEAK TASTES WEIRD ? like it was left outside Also, They are cracking down on people asking for anything by charging for anything. You might be charged $10 $15 $20 for the same thing depending if this short Hispanic lady is there or not. ?? she is Very rude and not professional.

Absolutely terrible. Had a pickup order placed for 12:10. Waited 20 minutes for it after its pickup time. Watched everyone that walked in get their bowls immediately while there was a line of people waiting for mobile orders. Had a bunch of staff standing around and not helping the one guy doing all the mobile orders.
