Jorge was the kindest and most attentive. His smile and warm greetings extended beyond the front. He realized that I was enjoying the toast and brought me an extra one to enjoy with the tastiest crab bisque that I have had this summer. The server Michael was equally attentive. The food was amazing and the prices are reasonable. The service was outstanding. Our waitress was so nice and the chief came out from the kitchen several times to make sure everything was fine with our meal. The meal was 5 star quality. This place is a hidden gem located on the second floor of the Nordstrom at the Aventura mall. I am looking forward to eating there again. I highly recommend them. Thank you for a wonderful meal! Mom and I had lunch and it was absolutely delicious. Our server was great! I don’t remember her name but she has been working there for one year. Everyone was really nice!

Manager Jorge is exceptional, creating a warm and personal atmosphere. The host greets guests warmly with a kind and professional demeanor. Servers like Michael, Cristina, and Maya are attentive, kind, and professional. Jermaine and JAY are also amazing and provide outstanding service. The staff truly pays attention to customers and takes pride in making people feel welcome. This café has been part of some lives for over 13 years, and the consistency and quality of the food and service remain high. It is rare to find a restaurant that maintains this level of service for so many years. This café is not just a place to eat; it is part of family memories. Highly recommend this place in every single way for a family lunch or any visit.
