I love Dunkin’ Donuts! I’ve been going to Dunkin’ for many years and love the donuts and love the food and love the coffee.
May I make a few suggestions?
Often the iced drinks have lots of ice and are up to the brim with ice. We can only get a few sips of coffee out of it. Can you please help out with this?
Could you also offer toasted coconut donuts? They are plain donuts rolled in toasted coconut and they are very, very yummy.

Stopped in for a gift card. Order a dozen donuts. Because the register was not working right after a few swips we were given the Donuts for Free. She had to reboot the register which she did. Wasn't her fault I didn't get her name but she was very professional.

The staff handles any issues efficiently and pleasantly, even when orders need adjustments. Customers can enjoy lattes and donuts, like the pumpkin spice thing, knowing the staff is quick to fix mistakes. The food is average but good for a quick meal on the go.
