“Patricia was truly a pleasure to be served by. She was extremely kind and supportive when redeeming a coupon. The food was hot and made with love. You would never expect an experience like this at an Arby’s in a gas station but I would go there regularly if I lived near or drive by frequently. This location has a drive through.“

“Went to the drive-through for my lunch break today and I don't usually review fast food places but the girl who took my order (Izzy) noticed that something was wrong with my drink before even handing it to me and asked me to taste it and make sure everything was alright and then offered to replace it with another drink. This level of customer service is so rare these days even at a nice restaurant so to have that at a fast food place blew me away. Someone give Izzy a raise!“
