Excellent attention from the waiters, especially Favio. The dishes are abundant, just right and with natural flavor, they don't take too long. Everyone is very friendly, except the lady who speaks Russian, who is abusive if you don't speak to her in English. The rest of the staff is excellent and speaks Spanish cordially. This lady's outburst should not detract from the rating of the place, which is optimal.
Emilio's stands out as a gem, offering not only great food but also a comfortably inviting atmosphere. The star of the show is the food. The freshness of the ingredients is evident in every dish, from the vibrant salads to the perfectly cooked main courses. My visit to Emilios Trattoria was incredibly positive. I was attending a convention in the area and on February 14th, I was able to walk in after calling ahead. I must say, the staff is exceptionally attentive, helpful, and fun. The food was exquisite.
