“Just wanted to take a little time to talk about how amazing this place is. Their food is spectacular their pastries are made fresh they have all sorts of different foods if you're in the mood for something hearty or something light they have it all. Their customer service is excellent and they are near the mall. I always come here when I come to Miami because it has great vibes and good food. Especially for a coffee on the way back home.“

“WOW! WOW! WOW! Not only was the Hazelnut and Chocolate Pavlova - Gluten Free Cake AMAZING but the CUSTOMER SERVICE was OUTSTANDING!!!! Erika is a true professional whose follow through is FIVE STAR. I sent this as a gift to my daughter for her 30th Birthday. Unfortunately, I was only sent a picture of the cake after it was cut BUT OMG YUM!!!!!“

“Today, while walking around the mall after shopping at Zara, I noticed the little Laduree coffee stand on the second floor and decided to stop by for a latte. The latte was really good, and the service was great. The young woman named Jessica who helped me was very friendly, answered my questions, and explained everything clearly. The stand is beautiful, clean, and in a great location. I definitely recommend it if you’re walking around the mall and want to take a break to enjoy a good coffee.“

“I’ve ordered from Cake by CM twice now, and both experiences have been absolutely amazing. Their brigadeiros are exquisite, and their cakes are honestly some of the best we’ve ever had.
The chocolate cake with white cream, chocolate cream, and strawberries is outstanding—rich, perfectly balanced, and incredibly fresh. On our second order, we asked for that same combination but with carrot cake instead, and it turned out unbelievably good.
Carla, the owner, was incredibly kind and friendly, and on our second visit, her husband helped us—he was just as welcoming and attentive. They truly make the whole experience feel special from start to finish.
Everything here is delicious, and it’s definitely worth trying every dessert they offer. Highly recommended—thank you so much!“

“Ordered a Cookie Butter bundt cake via local delivery for a coworker's birthday celebration at the office. Ordering was easy, but confirming the delivery was a little difficult. Delivery took several hours. The cake was incredible. Looked amazing. Tasted amazing. Blew away all expectations. Would highly recommend but maybe place order for pickup to avoid slow delivery!“

“Absolutely delicious, and the owners husband is truly a gem of a guy. Definitely recommend giving them a try, you can sample all the flavors - and they’re happy to let you try them. The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is price, $12 a slice is steep, and it’s not like it’s a massive portion that could be shared. Definitely a quality product but maybe they should consider giving customers a break on price more slices you buy. Win-win, I’m sure they’d still make good money, and stand the chance of selling more then one or two slices at a time, with so many varieties, it would be appealing to buy 3 or 4 different flavors to take home and sample if it was less then $48. But price aside definitely give them a try super nice people and wonderful basque cheesecake.“
