“Columbia Restaurant in Celebration is consistently outstanding and has become one of our favorite places to dine in the area. The atmosphere is beautiful, the service is warm and professional, and the food is excellent from start to finish. Everything feels thoughtfully prepared, from the famous 1905 Salad to the entrées, and the portions are generous without sacrificing quality. The cocktails and wine selection are excellent as well. What really stands out, though, is the overall experience—you never feel rushed, and the staff genuinely seems to care that you are having a great evening. Celebration has plenty of dining choices, but Columbia is one of the few places that feels special every time you visit. A wonderful combination of great food, history, atmosphere, and hospitality. “Had a little meal stop on my way out at the socio bar and was surprised on how good the food and service was. I got ropa vieja and the bartender was very attentive, friendly and had a nice conversation. She had a cute bow in her hair. I would absolutely make this a go to spot everytime I am in the area or staying at the Gaylord.“
