“Today I ordered a #2 grilled with coleslaw thru the drive at KFC. As you will see the #2 menu is white meat at $6.99. This lady put my order in as a fill up box which is $6.79 and she gave me dark meat. Then she had the nerves to tell me dark meat is cheaper than white meat. And the prices has changed. So I told her well the price on the screen is what I'm going to pay. The first picture is the drive thru, second picture is inside KFC, and third is my receipt. I can't help she didn't get my order right as I told her. One thing about me I'm stingy and I'm not paying no more than what I see on the board. I guess that was the manager that stated, "We haven't changed the board yet". My comment was that's not my problem. Now tell me if you see a difference price for dark and white meat. I will never go back to this unorganized establishment again. They were slow as Christmas and they don't listen when you tell them what you want. I should have waited until I went back to West Palm Beach. After having a nice time in church, I had to deal with these slow, unorganized, wrong order taking people. I definitely will be calling the 1-800 number. So no one else deal with this foolishness. They gonna learn how I operate. Well I can't post the pictures.“

“Went to Dixie Friday today for lunch and when I tell you, my food was fresh and hot ready to go. I was so excited and that new AI system that they have when I tell you it is the best investment they could’ve ever paid for. I’m like amazing amazing it took my order it text me when my order was ready. I got there. My food was ready to go. I did not have to wait when I tell you I love them. I love them. They are stepping up their game. I love it.“
