“I frequently go to this location and it’s very inconsistent when it comes to the drinks & orders being properly made. I usually get a cold brew and sometimes it’s iced coffee. I ordered a caramel signature latte and it taste like water so I had to add in my own caramel, sugar, and creamer at home. I hope that with the new renovations everything else will improve in the future.“

The store was clean, well-organized, and full of seasonal spirit, which made my visit more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring that my order was prepared quickly despite the busy rush.
As for the coffee, it was just what I expected from Dunkin'—fresh, flavorful, and exactly to my liking. I ordered my usual, and it was made perfectly, with the right balance of flavors. The service was smooth, and I appreciated how the staff maintained a positive attitude throughout my visit.
Overall, the combination of great coffee, quick service, and festive decorations made this a delightful stop. “I go here regularly with my autistic son. I just have to say, the customer service is absolutely amazing. They are so patient with my son when we use it as a learning opportunity for him to use his language skills. They are excited with us when he succeeds. Just had to give the workers a shout out bc it really makes my day.“

“Came here three days in a row got the power breakfast sandwich ordered it without cheese and all three days my power breakfast sandwich came with cheese apparently they don't make that sandwich without cheese otherwise I get there double expresso which I love why I come back“
“I love Dunkin. Great location. The staff have to deal with a lot of crazy fussy rude entitled customers though, I love the free donut Wednesdays 🍩🍩. and the $6 breakfast. Service very good and friendly. I took away one star for atmosphere the chairs are not very comfortable and there were straw wrappers on the ground around the trash can. I guess most people grab an go. Also it's a quiet location so I like to do my work there. ☕“
“I go out of my way to go to this Dunkin. The manager Jessica has cultivated a wonderful staff with bar none the best service of any store I've ever been to. To have been able to keep the same quality staff as long as she has speaks volumes these days. They start my work days with a smile. It's a pleasure I look forward to each week.“
“I would never leave a review for a Dunkin, but I just wanna say that they make the coffee good every time I come in the morning. It's always hit or miss with Dunkin so I appreciate that. Though one time I ordered my regular iced coffee but got an iced tea with milk and sugar lol. It was probably someone new that made it but I didn't mind the taste.“
“I love Dunkin' Donuts. The line out the door that was visible a block away at 11 am was a promising initial sign. Despite the line, the staff was efficient, and the wait was not long. Although even if it had been a longer wait, it would have been totally worth it. Between starring at the dozens of varieties of donuts and watching more fresh donuts be fried on the spot, my attention was occupied during the short wait.“

The staff immediately rushed to clean it up, ensuring no one would slip, and even made the child a new drink. This exceptional service is why this Dunkin' is my favorite the staff is always so kind, and they make my coffee perfectly every time!“
“The people that work there are not friendly at all. God forbid you take 5 mins deciding what you want to order, that's when they get impatient and annoyed at you. I go there because it's close to my house. I order what I want and leave.“
