I visit a lot of Dunkin’ Donuts locations, and to be honest, not every experience has been great—but this one absolutely blew me away. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Chuck, who is an outstanding employee and a genuinely kind person. He welcomed me with a big smile, asked how I was doing, and made me feel like a valued customer right away.
This location is spotless, fast, convenient, and always friendly. Even during busy times, the team handles the rush with professionalism and a positive attitude. I’ve been here several times, and it’s consistently excellent.
If you’re in the area and want a Dunkin’ experience done right, stop by this location and say hi to Chuck and the amazing staff—you won’t be disappointed!

“The employees are very nice at this location, and drive thru is always quick! I had a screaming baby and dog in my car one day when their drive thru was closed, and an employee was nice enough to bring my order out front to me so I did not have to bring them inside!“

He was genuinely friendly and welcoming, going out of his way to make everyone feel valued. It’s rare these days to meet someone who greets you with such kindness and energy. Coming here didn’t feel like being “just another customer” — Jonathan made it feel personal, like you actually matter.

“I love Dunkin' Donuts. The line out the door that was visible a block away at 11 am was a promising initial sign. Despite the line, the staff was efficient, and the wait was not long. Although even if it had been a longer wait, it would have been totally worth it. Between starring at the dozens of varieties of donuts and watching more fresh donuts be fried on the spot, my attention was occupied during the short wait.“
“I went in around 4pm. The young lady was all by herself with 6 customers ordering a range of different items. She still had a great attitude, amazing service and was very apologetic about the wait. I don’t know her name but she deserves praises. And for whoever does the scheduling no employee should be left by themselves as someone who also works in food service. Thank you!“
“The staff is actually friendly helpful and always smiling. Food is always outstanding and fresh even the tea is perfect (like my wife) doesnt tastes old like many other locations. “I love Dunkin. Great location. The staff have to deal with a lot of crazy fussy rude entitled customers though, I love the free donut Wednesdays 🍩🍩. and the $6 breakfast. Service very good and friendly. I took away one star for atmosphere the chairs are not very comfortable and there were straw wrappers on the ground around the trash can. I guess most people grab an go. Also it's a quiet location so I like to do my work there. ☕“
“The lady working right now (11/22/25 @ 4:05pm) needs a raise! She effortlessly made my husband and I's order quickly and effectively all by herself in that store. She gave me some knowledge about coffee milk and our her drink recommendations were delicious. Thank you!“
