The espresso martini (with a funny, unforgettable name!) was perfectly balanced. And the chocolate mousse dessert — simply sensational.

“Had my first experience last night for dinner, with my father (89 years young who is now eating with me in many sushi restaurants). Dad thoroughly enjoyed the egg drop soup and chicken teriyaki with vegetable fried rice! I had a fab roll (name: Rene Roll) with tuna tartare! The restaurant is conveniently located at Powerline and Palmetto near LA fitness. Such a beautiful and very clean environment with music and the Manager, Albert, was very welcoming and accommodating to our dietary needs. The sushi chef did an amazing job, and the lady Maître D' was so warm and helpful throughout the night, making the experience feel extra special. The sake sommelier was extremely knowledgeable, and the pairings they chose were spot-on with each course. It really elevated the entire meal. “I was so excited to try the Japanese Bocce Club during our stay at the Boca Raton! We made a reservation for 9:00 P.M. and it was PACKED. There was a wait time, but nothing too extreme. The design is beautiful, and the couches were extremely comfortable, but it was pretty loud which made it difficult to hear. Nothing came out notably fast, but I was never wondering what happened to our order. The food itself was EXCEPTIONAL and greatly exceeded my expectations. We tried a variety of things and they were all scrumptious! I highly recommend the Glazed Sticky BBQ Ribs (or something like that). They were packed with flavour, and the BBQ sauce was amazing! All of the appetizers, sushi, and desserts were great, but the miso soup was a little salty for my taste. Overall, this restaurant was delicious and I highly recommend! We will definitely be back in the future!“

“This restaurant offers a wide variety of both, Chinese and Japanese dishes. The portions are generous but not too much if you know what I mean and the quality of the sushi is exceptional. It’s a very casual ambience where if you wanna grab a bite there you can or they do in-house delivery which is so much better than using other delivery services.“

“So our family (well kids to be specific) has always had a tradition of going out to Hibachi for birthdays. For years we were going to Saitos on Lyons and Glades then they closed down. Honestly was never my favorite, but tradition is tradition. So we moved on to Benihana’s. Well don’t be fooled by the name. Their food and particularly their service was waaay below PAR. Anyways getting to the point, we wanted to try a new spot and stumbled on Saiko-I. From the first few minutes after being seated we could already tell the dramatic difference. The service was on point. Drinks served immediately, appetizers and meals ordered shortly after. Then came the chef. He was fun, entertaining, funny and efficient. The food was probably the best hibachi I’ve had. None of the one item at a time nonsense you get at the other places. And they used much less of the butter and other garbage they throw in at other spots. At the end of our meal we complemented the GM and she went out of her way to make our business feel appreciated. The staff here was friendly, classy and fun, and the food was amazing. Found our new spot! No this is not a solicited review, I was just super impressed with this place.
