“Best Mexican food in swfl hands down. Very authentic, great prices, extremely attentive and friendly staff, food that I dream about whenever I’m not there. I couldn’t recommend Maria’s more if you want quality delicious food that’ll have you dreaming of coming back. If you want a real treat get a margarita or Pina colada, you won’t be disappointed.“

“Hidden Treasure with a talented cook and warm hearted service . We loved this restaurant near wonder gardens and went here after our visit to the animal park. It’s a simple but warm family restaurant where you feel welcome. The Food is outstanding and everything was homemade and of great quality. The staff was very Child friendly. Basic knowledge of Spanish is recommendable but you can navigate with their English menu. We can’t wait to go back.“
“Daily baked fresh bread. Small kitchen delicious Tortas. If you don't speak spanish be prepared to speak loud and slow and make a lot of vague gestures. Sort of kidding, the owner can understand some english but it would help if you can say what you want in spanish.“

“Traffic to the beach was bad and we were hungry. Turned off and stopped here on a whim. What a find! Service was a tad slow but worth the wait. The food was excellent. Hot, fresh and very authentic with an abundance of menu choices. I had grouper tacos and my spouse enjoyed the Cuban burger. We will be back to try something else.“

“Every time I go in here it's full of Mexicans as opposed to Iguana Mia is full of Americans. That should tell you what you need to know. The food is really good. The Cheladas must be on fire because everyone in there has one at their table.“

“I have never been in here before as it's off the road and hidden away in the corner beside the sheriff's office and what a nice surprise, immaculately clean, not crowded at all off at 4pm on a Friday the young lady who waited on me was super sweet and very patient as I asked questions.. the food looks great and for $33 plus a $5 dollar tip ..I got a hard beef taco, drink, 2 of the new steak street tacos with cilantro, a shredded chicken burrito, and the fried churros with chocolate sauce.. I would definitely recommend stopping by and I look forward to coming in again.“
