“We were here a year ago. We liked this place & are very happy we found it again. We met the new owner, Terry. He was so very personable and friendly. We talked to him for quite awhile. Ricky was our bartender. She was great. We have put this place on our list to come back. We especially enjoyed it since we're from Illinois and it was very cold, icy and snowy at home. ♥️😁“

“We almost skipped Tanglewood after seeing the 3.2 rating (sep 25’), but we’re glad we didn’t. Our dinner was excellent from start to finish. We tried the chicken wings, the deviled eggs, and a salad — everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. They even brought us bread and butter to start, which was simple but delicious.

The service was attentive and kind, nothing like what we expected from such a low rating. Honestly, our experience doesn’t match a 3.2 restaurant at all — it deserves better hence this review. And no one asked me to write it. If you’re on the fence because of the reviews, give it a try. We left very happy and will definitely come back.“
