“I waited about 15 mins for my food if I would have to mention anything I didn't feel very welcome by the owner who was standing up directly in front of me and never said a word to me. I don't like that kind of service, as a customer who is coming inside your establishment to spend money. I don't think I will return after that level of treatment was preceived.“

“I love Cafe Landwer. I think the food quality and choices are amazing. Yesterday was off- service was poor. Our waiter barely came to our table, we had dirty dishes piling up and the birthday cake slice took so long to come out. My friend ended up taking her bday cake slice home because of the wait. “I've been ordering the Greek salad with chicken breast no onions once a week for about a year. It's delicious and fresh so if you want to eat healthy I highly recommend. The romaine actually has flavor and the chicken is delicious! Usually takes 15 minutes. Comes with pita bread.“

When we were looking for a restaurant with friends visiting from out of town, we noticed the score was not what we normally look for, but, took the time to realize that was a one night deal on Valentine's Day (which is a challenge for most resraurants). We will be back here many times again based on the great service we got from Max and the terrific quality of food and wine selection. It was a wonderful environment sitting outside (looks nice inside too).  its location is just far enough off Atlantic Avenue that you're truly getting some peace and quiet for a nice meal.“
