“I just want to take the time to thank the whole entire team for making my experience exceptional. When I received my food it was slightly wrong. Nothing too crazy just missing the topping for my buffalo Mac bowl. The team members not only fixed it for me but gave me a jar of Banana pudding to make up for it. I mentioned how I had an extremely difficult day and that this meant a lot and I started getting teary eyed (sue me I’m emotional 😂) without hesitation the manager looks over and says well let’s double up on the banana pudding then ;). An exceptional team showing truly exceptional kindness. Turning my terrible day into a somewhat good one :)“

“I had a great experience on 41 recently. The 2 older gentlemen at the register were helpful AND funny as hell. The lady server delivered the sandwich/salad tray quickly to my dine-in table.
I forgot a work notebook at my table and left CFA. When I returned to CFA, my work notebook on top of the clean table.
