Best Chipotle in Bradenton/Sarasota. Food is good and fresh and tables are clean. Cashier lady (Maria?) is awesome! I decided to eat in the restaurant after saying I was going to eat to go. She noticed I changed my mind and brought me a cup for water after I had sat down. Real good service for a Chipotle.
I understand the place is new but the service is awful. Severely understaffed and very slow paced. Also we ordered chips and guac and the chips were unbelievably stale. Just needs better workers and more attention to detail.
Excellent location, everything was clean, and the food was absolutely delicious. We were lucky enough to be served by a guy named Lazaro, who was exceptional! He was very attentive and patient with my kids while they were ordering. He guided us and recommended dishes based on our tastes, and provided outstanding service.
