Dear Outback Steakhouse Customer Service,
I am reaching out to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your restaurant that fell far below the level of service I expect from Outback Steakhouse.

We were at the bar and the manager told an older gentleman to slide over so two people can sit at the bar that was very rude
We had lunch at the Bradenton restaurant this week. The waitress was friendly enough. My wife ordered the Wednesday special that states Walkabout Wednesday:. Shoe ordered the 6 oz steak and veggies. When she asked about the beer the waitress stated that it is not included and there would be a charge. The advertisement states that it comes with a 16 oz beer or coke product. The waitress stated that she doesn’t make the rules.
