I’ve noticed a significant improvement since Shelley took over the store as a general manager, and this is now my go to Papa Johns!!
Here on vacation and just wanted some ting quick and easy. The food was prepared exactly how we like it. And the manager (I believe she said her name was Shelly, sorry if that was wrong) was so friendly and helpful. She immediately offered plates and napkins before I could even ask for them (as a an introvert, I appreciate that). The place was nice and clean too 👍🏼 Overall very satisfied with our order and experience 😊

The new general manager Shelly is absolutely wonderful! she turned our issue around and made everything great! we're so lucky this is our local papa johns!
