“Bought a bakers dozen, was surprised they offered it, seems no one else on the west coast knows what that means. Glad they know. They charge $16 a dozen that is a bit high. Used to be $13. The bagles are large so no big deal to pay extra.“

“We were in the neighborhood, and looking for a place to get a bagel and coffee for breakfast/lunch, and Einsteins USF came to mind, since we had a few doctors appointment there in the past. I cannot praise the staff the food and the atmosphere enough. The bagels we had were delicious and fresh, the staff was kind and knowledgeable about their products, the place was clean as a whistle(an old expression for very clean) and believe it or not, us having breakfast at a medical facility was a great idea for us.. Looking forward to returning again, but not for any tests, just good food and great service.“

Nova with jalapeño cream cheese on a Sesame bagel! Bagel was fresh and perfect toasted with generous amount of Nova, and fresh onions and tomatoes. Jalapeño cream cheese gave it a nice kick!

Store is well staffed with polite and efficient employees.“

“My daughter introduced me to this restaurant a fees weeks back—great experience and great sandwich. Stopped by this afternoon headed back to Gainesville, started to place a phone order but decided I wanted it nice and hot.
Entered and a young man was loading read from a tray into display case never acknowledged me for a couple of minutes—mind you I was the only customer ( should have left at that point). Another guy came to register, took my order. I was very disappointed as I asked if he would please cut it in half, he made a smart remark that it would be $10 to do so—which I took as a dull joke. The sandwich was barely warm.
Love their sandwiches but this experience assured me I would never go there again. I started to go to WAWA and I should have.
I lied—I’m in the city and went to Einstein. The service was great, I was greeted upon entry, placed my order upon walking up to counter.“
