Cinnabons are delicious BUT I almost cancelled my order after I saw how disgusting the work area is kept. The iPad for transactions has layers of gunk on it that the employees were touching with ungloved hands. The entire counter space where you pay is disgusting and dirty. I’ve never seen such a gross area where food is kept and served. This place needs a major cleaning?
My first time making an online order on their app. The deliver driver was on time, but my issue is the Cinnamon bun itself; the dough was dry or maybe an old patch first then fresh? Another thought why send the dry dough to a delivery destination instead of a fresh dough. I love Cinnabon because of the freshness and it did not give me that.
