“Jada waited on me & she was pleasant and very welcoming. The chicken salad meal consisted of a scoop of chicken salad crackers, a pickle spear, my choice of a side and a little butter cream frosted cookie!!! Very comforting and quite filling. The salad was cold, fresh and delicious ~ tasted so good... Best part of my lunch today was that it was complimentary (welcome package we received moving into our new home in the brooksville area). Thank you again chicken salad chick!!! By the way , the fancynancy definitely is a favorite of mine 😍“

The Subway teammate walked out to my car in a timely manner. But her interaction wasn't pleasant. Didn't say hello, just roughly said WHAT'S THE NAME? Then she checked the name on the receipt and handed me the Subway bag. Walked away without saying thank you or have a good day or thanks for visiting Subway. That wasn't a nice experience. IDK if I'll go back to that location.

“I’ve eaten at a lot of Subway locations over the years, and this was, without a doubt, the cleanest one I’ve ever visited. From the moment I walked in, everything was spotless, organized, and running incredibly efficiently.

The ingredients were filled to the top and looked fresher than I’ve ever seen at any other Subway. Every employee I interacted with had a genuine smile on their face, and you could tell they actually enjoyed working there.

A special shout out to Erin, who I assume is the owner or manager. During a rush, she wasn’t standing back giving orders she jumped right in and worked alongside her team. That kind of leadership speaks volumes. Managers who are willing to support their employees instead of just supervising them create workplaces that run smoothly, and it absolutely showed. I only wish I’d had managers like that in some of my previous jobs.

If every fast food restaurant operated with the same standards as this Subway, the industry would be in a much better place. Honestly, I’d gladly drive 30 minutes out of my way just to eat at this location again. That’s how impressed I was.“
