“First and foremost, I would like to start by saying I live in New Jersey. In May of this year, I went to visit my family who live in Florida. My sisters and my niece recommended this beautiful and quaint coffee shop while running errands so I was ready to try this highly talked about coffee shop! To begin, as soon as we came through the door, we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. The decor is awesome, and being a Christian believer myself, it was right up my alley and I felt right at home. Their customer service is absolutely wonderful and their coffee, beverages and food are delicious. So much so, that I wish I had one of their coffee shops where I live. If you live in Florida and are anywhere near the area, make a pitstop here, I highly recommend it and you will not be disappointed! Unfortunately for me, I’d have to wait until the next time I visit my family in Florida to be able to visit this gem of an establishment again, but believe me, the next time I’m there, I will be stopping by! See you guys soon, I hope!“

“Update August 2, 2025: Once again, CFS proved it is in a class by itself. Juan, Lucy and Vladimir were the winning team today. They personally took responsibility to welcome us, serve us and check to see if everything was perfect. Vladimir said, “We hope to see you again soon.” All had sincere, warm, calm vibes. As usual, the coffee did not need sweetener. Somehow they brew it perfectly every single time.

Review from 2023: Daniela and Vanessa embodied the signature warm, nurturing, excellent service that makes CFS the gold standard of coffee shops, in my humble opinion. I do coffee shop reviews and CFS has the best coffee. Ive had their cortaditos, capuccinos, lattes, and Farmers lattes and there has NEVER been a misstep in the craftsmanship of their brews.

Today i came here for my birthday and tried their hot Earl Grey tea. Steve loves Earl Grey (with English ancestors one would) and we agreed this Earl Grey was the best we've ever had. It came in a teapot and was extremely hot (Brits would be satisfied). The flavor had something subtle added in addition to the bergamot. I was somewhat astounded because when i order tea in a coffee shop it usually comes with a tea bag in it.

Here if one dines in the hot drinks come in a handpainted mug. These mugs cause one to feel immediately cared for.

“Beautiful cozy spot. The gentleman who took our order was extremely friendly and welcoming. I moved to the area about 3 weeks ago and needed a coffee spot. And this is it! Music is is not loud, it's a Cafe type of music( gentle), the cups they served us in were beautiful and big!!!! Not your typical paper cups. Just genuinely a friendly environment. Oh and you have to park at the parking garage behind the building:) it's free“

“All perfect my only observation to those who send the food to their customers is to check the order to see that the dish and the product is in excellent vision and condition my baby's glass was rotated and the girl who dispatches was not attentive to see that the salads must come out with a sauce size or at least she should carry a little more for the palate of her diner that will prevent them from going to claim that the salads are dry and without seasoning dressing what the customer likes and not tell them. Customers sell the size of sauce because it is something in bad taste to buy a salad that the chef prepares without dressing if that was so informed to the public who sell even the napkin paper eye with these details otherwise I qualify them as good score because my recommendations do not alter their local designs in their dishes the taste of their meals and their well prepared coffee if the pressure of their owners is to charge everything and give bad attention this will be a bad decision and action for their employees. And it will be an effect in time on having bad comments successes and a thousand blessings to the triumph of your commercial premises.“

“Came all the way from Ohio and had to visit John 3:16 cafe. The owner was delightful and the coffee did not disappoint. The spirit of the Lord is going to do great things in this little coffee shop. The verse put on each cup is fun to look up and share with family. Make sure you get a slice of the "mana"from heaven aka sourdough bread with butter🥰 Absolutely 10/10 for this little Coffee shop!“

“This review has been lonnnggg overdue. My husband and I frequent Madilynns quite a bit. MacKenzie and Kristen know us by name and order. One time I accidentally ordered our drinks hot and even MacKenzie thought it seemed off but continued to make them. When we arrived for pick up we realized we messed up and were going to drink them anyway but she remade them for us instead. We do a lot of order ahead and unfortunately one of our drinks didn't have the option for an extra shot of espresso. During pick up, I let Kristen know and within an hour I received a phone call letting me know that they had fixed it. They go above and beyond for their customers and their products are always so great. ♥️“

“This store is surprisingly spacious, seeing it from the outside no one could imagine how spacious and beautiful it is inside. It has an area with some umbrellas if you want to sit outside, drive-thru service and a huge indoor room. Regarding customer service, the employees are friendly, at least in my experience, and the drinks are delicious. Highly recommended.

“The staff here is impeccable. I have never been treated so well. The staff was deep into a big rush and were working their butts off. My drink was taking longer than anyone else’s and I asked if mine was forgotten maybe. It was actually taken by the wrong people so the staff immediately stopped everything and remade my drink. I would have liked to have the onions/peppers in the hash to break up the texture and flavor of the potatoes.“

“This was a great little spot to eat at for a brunch, not too loud. Its not too far from Citywalk or Epic in a shopping plaza. The food was great from classic options to healthy food choices serving breakfast & lunch only. The kids enjoyed the pancakes, hubby enjoyed a breakfast bagel sandwich while I enjoyed an avocado tomatoe toast with eggs & bacon. We will visit in the future.“

“The cafe is very peaceful to be in and has this calming atmosphere that really makes you feel calm and even though I I got my order to go I really wanted to stay because of how relaxing it was to be there. I heard that the food was a little pricey but it was so worth it because of how fresh the food was and how much care they put into making it too. The menu is amazing and it really makes me want to go back and try everything they have and try their other locations as well. The employees there were also super kind and the wait time for the food was pretty normal for such great food. Definitely an establishment to visit and return to.“

“It’s a long time since I last had Starbucks coffee in a ceramic Starbucks mug, and all I had to do was say my ordered drink was “for here”.
I think the last time was in Katy, TX which means it was 14 - 16 years ago, when I was dating the lovely lady who is now my wife. I can picture the store quite well.
Coffee tastes better in ceramic, and it’s much better for the environment, though clean up is a little more aggravating for the staff. Also the staff member who took my order took my name from the app I presented to get my points, a definite plus since she didn’t need to ask and then guess the spelling.
Now, the coffee in a mug and getting my name from the app make this store stand out from the normal blah Starbucks. Mr. Niccol take notice as you try to resucítate Starbucks.“
