“Please don’t listen to any negative reviews regarding this place. Any negative reviews clearly don’t know what New York pizza tastes like.

Any time I’m near by I stop in for a few slices and the pizza is always fresh and delicious, This is as close as I’ve been able to get New York style in Florida. Originally being from New York it is always so nostalgic to be
Able to get pizza that reminds me so much of the city I grew up in.

The staff is always
So polite and friendly and most importantly patient. I had a small birthday party for my two year old and was debating on
What size pizza to get and the gentleman was so patient and polite explaining the sizes and how they were able to cut it for me.
I decided to get two xtra large pizzas,
one pepperoni and one cheese the pepperoni was cut into 16 slices and the cheese was cut party cut (in squares) everything was cooked perfectly and ready 20 minutes earlier than my requested pick up time.

The pizza amount was more than enough I was able to feed 12 kids (ages 6- 12) and 6 adults and still had a few pieces left for myself. I had to call back a few times to update my order and was treated with respect and patience and I truly appreciate this.

“Big rave to this restaurant. An honest mistake was made and a few items were missing from our Uber Eats delivery. I contacted the restaurant and they immediately admitted to the error. Their asst manager personally drove the missing items directly to our hotel and even threw in some free dessert! They went over and above to quickly address and fix the issues! I could sense how stressed our server was, which didn't make it as relaxing as it could have been. He forgot a couple of our drinks and we didn't make a fuss due to how stressed he looked, but we still got charged (our fault for not saying, of course, but didn't want to add to his stress). “Tonight we had a fantastic meal here at The Olive Garden. All the food that was served to us tasted fantastic, no complaints. The free breadsticks tasted better than the last time we visited a few years ago. The portion sizes are huge, we struggled to eat it all. The free refills of soup, salad or breadsticks with every meal was a nice touch. The server was polite, prompt and well presented. The toilets were spotlessly clean. “I live nearby and usually treat myself to dinner here after a long week working as a hairdresser. Olive Garden has been one of my favorite places for years because the food is consistently good and the atmosphere is usually relaxing.

My most recent visit was a little disappointing, though. I was seated near the bar area, and several employees appeared to be on break or dining together. While everyone deserves a break, the conversations were loud enough to become a distraction, and it created a less professional atmosphere than I’m used to experiencing here.

As a customer, I come here to unwind after a busy workweek, and I believe employees represent the restaurant whether they are on the clock or off. A little more awareness of the dining environment would go a long way toward preserving the welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

That said, the food was great as always, and I hope this was simply an isolated experience because I have enjoyed many positive visits over the years.“
