“the food at Maracas was good but their service, left me very disappointed. our waitress was not attentive, she forgot to put in the order for my teenagers food. She walked by us several times, didn't even ask how we were doing or if we were missing anything. I had to notify another waiter that part of our food was missing. Then at the very end when we were checking out the waitress said that there is a mandatory minimum tip for tables of four more. which left me surprised We are a family of two adults and two children, I didn't feel that the tip that she tipped herself was equal to the lack of service that we received from her. even though we've been going there for years and the food has always been good, the lack of service takes away from the restaurant. Sad to say we won't be returning there.“

“I picked up my mom from the airport, we were both starving and my mom was in the mood for a tripleta! I remembered a post I saw on social media about La Tripleta Factory being one of the best in Orlando, so of course I had to check it out! I ordered a chicken empanadilla and 2 tripletas, one regular and the other one was the 100x35 triplets which included pastrami as well! Although I prefer my triplets with ham not bacon I must admit it was delicious. Everything was REALLY GOOD and MOM was NOT disappointed! Will def be back and recommend to others!“

“Excellent food no doubt but thing has had changed. I am person tips has to be earn not stolen,been working hospitality over 20 years. My server went only 4 time to my table ask if we want a drink, bring the bread,Food and bill. Pay my bill already had 20% for tips and system had courage if we want additional tips. Understand important of tips but need to be earn proper way with excellent services and consistently. Place was empty and cleaning to closed.“
