“I'm giving this a 4 ONLY because of Ashley!! If she is there, i am able to get my order placed and recieved so quickly! She's so upbeat and hardworking!
I always do drive through since i pick it up on my way to work. Came in last week and she wasn't working.... i sat at the speaker for a few minutes waiting to place my order and then finally pulled up to first window when i couldn't get anyone to answer. Window was dark and computer with screen saver going. Gave it a minute there and then pulled up to second windows where lights where on. Tried looking around inside and couldn't see ANYONE! Finally had to leave so i wouldn't be late for work!
Came again the next morning and luckily Ashley was there. She got me in and out with her usual speed and a smile! Always gives me a great start to the work day to have her help me!“

“I used to be a fan of Scooter’s Coffee, but their drinks tend to be too sweet for my preference. I’m not a fan of overly sweet coffee, and the way their drinks are made just didn’t work for me.
When this location opened near my home, it felt like the perfect fit. I used to visit every other day until I started making coffee at home more consistently. Now I only stop by occasionally.
I’ve actually found a lot of value in making my coffee at home. In December 2025 alone, I saved about $200 by making coffee Monday through Friday. It really put things into perspective.
Overall, this location stands out to me as one of the better chain coffee options in Pensacola. In my opinion, it ranks above other chains, with Starbucks next, followed by Scooter’s, then Dunkin, and lastly Dutch Bros.“

Parking: If the parking lot is full just park across the street or on the side u will be treated amazing it's worth it u could even park on either side next door or get them a great parking lot they deserve it By far the best customer service I've ever seen and it's consitant u could come ever day for a week always great customer service“

I so wish I could remember everyone's names that stand out every time I visit which is now 3 to 4 time a week. The male with the curly dark hair that helps me often is amazing“

“I live near this location and this is my favorite by far. The staff are always friendly and have great customer service. I once placed a mobile order and was not able to pick it up. I spoke with the manager Kaite the next day and told her what happened. She was more than willing to assist me and remake my order. I give Kaite five stars for great customer service!“

“Such a great place! The Vietnamese coffee is fire. The ladies at the register are always so friendly and nice! I had the strawberry matcha as well and the strawberry puree great. Excited to try all their drinks. Bringing a new friend every time I visit just to spread the news about this place!

After my original few visits I've noticed a bit of a decline in the service here. I've had two instances now where the barista running the shop couldn't do something on the register like a drink modification or printing an itemized receipt. It's such a shame because this used to be my favorite tea shop but the menu is unclear and the baristas don't seem thrilled to tell you about what's in the drinks.
