UI have been to bubbas twice. 1 month ago and just last Thursday. The first time it was great. Had the prime rib special. Everything was terrific. Told everyone that they should try it. Last Thursday I took my wife there and it was to horrible. Prime rib was stringy as all hell with a ton of fat all around. Service was fair at best. Worst prime I have ever had. Bitter after taste and just lousy. I will go back again to try something else but not the prime rib special
Patti was an excellent server! Nice to have a great server!❤️

Bubba's Roadhouse & Saloon offers a mixed dining experience. The food, including the steak, salad, and jalapeno corn muffins, receives positive reviews. The restaurant has great potential but requires some attention to detail. Customers have praised the quality of the meals, with one reviewer enjoying a "prime rib dinner with baked potato and salad" and describing the salad as "excellent" and the prime rib as "perfect." The jalapeno corn muffins were also mentioned as a favorite, with one customer ordering some to take home. The restaurant's accessibility, with easy parking and handicap accessibility, was also noted. The service is generally good, with one customer highlighting the "exceptional service" from the waitress, who was "attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond." The establishment's cleanliness, particularly the men's room, could use some improvement.
